Management team

Richard Brown

Co-founder & Managing Director

Richard is responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategy. He leads the team with honesty and integrity, in a culture of continuous learning and development. Previously Richard co-founded 5i, a specialist provider of UC and Contact Centre technologies. A qualified Electronics Engineer, Richard has expertise from over twenty years in the Customer Experience sector. He is passionate about how technology can transform businesses and reshape the levels of customer service delivered. 

Richard lives in Windsor and is married with two children. In his spare time he builds and renovates houses and does just enough exercise to stay in shape.

Karl Roberts

Co-founder and Technical Director

Karl leads the software development and systems integration team. His knowledge of Contact Center, Customer Experience and Self-Service technologies has been established over 25 years working in numerous software innovation roles. He has vast experience in Multi Channel Customer Care software across all channels and has specialist expertise in Automation, AI/ML, advanced speech, biometrics, and ID/authentication technologies. He was a very early adopter of conversational AI & Enterprise speech was a pioneer in building intelligent Chatbots and interactive speech assistants many years ago.

Karl has an Honours Degree in Computer Science, and a Masters in Social Physics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) from MIT. Karl's passions range from film, music, theatre and travelling to Spanish culture and Greek food.

Dave Jani

Co-founder and Operations Director

Dave has over a decade's experience in designing, deploying and managing teams to deliver UC, Contact Centre and video projects. Dave has unparalleled knowledge in working with customers to provide the best user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) for both the enterprise and consumer alike. His communication skills ensure that customer objectives are met and outcomes are exceeded. His strategic thinking, process skills, attention to detail and obsession about customer experience ensure that customers stay happy. 

Dave has an Honours Degree in Computer Science, as well as a Masters Degree in Management from University of Leicester. Dave's finally finding the time to return to his fitness training and swimming, and has started to pursue some new hobbies including clay pigeon shooting.
