Richard Brown

Co-founder & Managing Director

Richard is responsible for strategy, sales and marketing and has a track record of identifying and delivering innovative and revolutionary technology to SMB and SME's. Previously Richard co-founded 5i, one of the most successful providers of UC, Contact Centre and Self-service technologies in the UK. 

A qualified Electronics Engineer, Richard has experience from over twenty years in the Customer Experience sector. 

Karl Roberts

Co-founder and Technical Director

Karl leads the innovation and platform development. His background in Customer Experience, speech technology and Self-Service has been established over 25 years working in numerous software innovation roles. Karl has specialist expertise in Automation, AI/ML, speech science, biometrics, and ID/authentication technologies. He was a very early adopter of conversational AI & Enterprise speech and was a pioneer in building intelligent Chatbots and interactive speech assistants many years ago.
Karl has an Honours Degree in Computer Science, and a Masters in Social Physics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) from MIT. 

Dave Jani

Co-founder and Operations Director

Dave has over 15 years experience in managing teams and delivering and supporting complex CX, Automation, UC and Contact Centre technologies. Dave has unparalleled knowledge in understanding customers needs and mapping out the processes to achieve the best user experience and customer experience for the business and consumer. His communication skills ensure that customer objectives are met and outcomes exceeded. His strategic thinking, process skills, attention to detail and obsession about customer experience ensure that customers expectations are exceeded. 

Dave has an Honours Degree in Computer Science, as well as a Masters Degree in Management from University of Leicester.
