Richard is a visionary technology entrepreneur and qualified Electronics Engineer with over 20 years of experience transforming customer experiences. As founder of converse360, he leads strategy, with a proven ability to identify and deliver revolutionary solutions for SMBs and SMEs.

Richard co-founded 5i, becoming one of the UK's most successful providers of UC, Contact Centre and Self-service technologies. His entrepreneurial leadership combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision to drive innovation in the customer experience sector.

Karl Roberts

Co-founder and Technical Director

Karl leads innovation and platform development for converse360. Karl has specialist expertise in Automation, AI/ML, speech science, biometrics, and ID/authentication technologies.

Karl has an Honours Degree in Computer Science, and a Masters in Social Physics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) from MIT.

Dave Jani

Co-founder and Operations Director

Dave has extensive experience managing teams and delivering complex CX, automation, and contact centre technologies. With unparalleled expertise in understanding customer needs and mapping optimal processes, he excels at creating exceptional user experiences. Holding an Honours Degree in Computer Science and Masters in Management, he combines technical excellence with leadership skills.

Sally is a versatile marketing professional with extensive B2B experience across technology and software companies.

Mike Revell

Co-Founder & Chairman

Mike is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with 35+ years’ experience, in starting, building and scaling businesses in networking, Internet services, and cybersecurity, leading to major acquisitions by firms like RSL.com, Centrica, TalkTalk, and Babble.

Now he is focused on Converse360 and building a pioneering AI-driven automation and orchestration platform. A committed innovator, he works collaboratively with clients to design tailored solutions that solve complex business challenges, strengthen security, and support intelligent escalation—all while improving customer satisfaction.

Charles Bennett

Charles is a dynamic Fintech and AI Product leader with 20+ years of experience driving revenue growth across global enterprises. Having worked with many industry leaders. He excels at building high-performing teams and launching customer-loved B2B products.
